Unified Remarks

 Did a quick and dirty lightweight temporary parsing solution, see changeset Finish lightweight, temporary md parsing solution, will be moving to unified and remark eventually, so for the time being this will help us get everything else into place

Sidenote: When we get to this phase, I am planning on using this tutorial to familiarize with the process, and will post progress as I'm working through it
